Rooms were comfortable and clean. No lift and narrow stairs so luggage needs to be not too bulky. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was plentiful and cooked fresh as required. Overall a pleasant stay.

The night staff when i checked in.was very nice and pleasant but the condition of the property itself is not the best room not cleaned thoroughly the condition around appears to be deteriorating and the pipes were making a lot.of noise in the bathroom freaking out our cats.

Everything was great, can’t fault the staff and the service, can’t fault the hotel as it’s beautiful, the only problem i had was i was staying in room 65 and the hallway door woke me up numerous times throughout my stay with people coming and going which made it difficult to sleep well. With this being said, i will definitely be returning on my next visit but hope i get a quieter room next time
