"Great open space for socialising with a bar, restaurant, pool table and TV's. Small area with kids toys to entertain the little ones too. Most of the staff were freindly, with only one member of staff telling the kids to keep the noise down. That was the only annoying thing, as there were no other guests present other than our party of about 15 people, so I'm not sure who stood to benefit from the 6 kids reducing the noise, when they were just being normal kids playing hide and seek. All in all, good stay and i'd definitely recommend the hotel."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hello Hotel in Manchester for 2 nights! The breakfast was absolutely delicious – super yummy and a great way to start the day. Really enjoyed the fact that we could choose our breakfast between sausage rolls, porridges and few more options. There is also a restaurant next door that we haven't tried but seemed nice. The service was outstanding, with incredibly kind and helpful staff who made us feel right at home, super appreciated the fact that they allowed us a late checkin. The hotel offers free parking, which was a huge bonus. Plus, there's a bus stop just across the road that takes you straight to Manchester in about 20 minutes, making it super convenient. Our room was perfect – the bed was huge and incredibly comfy, and the whole place was spotless, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!"

"We booked a one-night stay at Norton Grange Hotel while attending a friend’s birthday party nearby and opted for a privilege room at a very reasonable rate. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Our stay included access to the leisure facilities and spa, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed – a fully stocked fridge with soft drinks, a Nespresso machine, and even toiletries like toothbrushes and shavers, in case we had forgotten anything. Breakfast was perfect, with a buffet offering a wide variety of options. We requested poached eggs, which the staff happily prepared fresh for us. The checkout time of 12 PM gave us a little extra time to enjoy the spa before leaving – the perfect way to end our stay. I only wish we had more time to make the most of it, but unfortunately, we had to rush back for my son’s football match. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend Norton Grange Hotel for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! "

"We were at the Last Drop for a wedding and didn't experience too much of the hotel but the bedroom was clean, breakfast was plentiful and my wife enjoyed half an hour in the hot tub. "
