"Easy check in, I joined up for free to become a member which in turn gave me late check out 2pm and also instead of paying £15 for the parking I got it completely free as a compliment. The next morning we fancied a breakfast and we was told it was complimentary again, this hotel is fantastic the rooms and feel of the place are brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the nice touches like big screen tv’s the pool table comfy sofas and even a record player in the corner we loved it all, we would definitely return again if we visit the coop live for another music event."

"Came for one night with my 2 young sons. For a bit of fun and to use the pool. Gorgeous surroundings. The pool was lovely and Clean. Our Room had a double bed a single bed plus a pull out bed. The main beds were really comfy. The pull out not so much. Room was great for us. There was the odd mark on the carpets etc but not a problem for us. Hotel allows dogs for an extra free. We heard a bit of woofing from the next room but that stopped before bedtime. Room service was easy to order through a QR code. Breakfast was fab. Freshly brought out to order for the hot items. All the staff were lovely and helpful. "

"Stayed in the hotel as we were attending a function there. The hotel was lovely could not fault it. The function suit on the other hand was absolutely freezing, which ruined the evening."
