"The property is ok. My room had stains in the carpet, the mini refrigerator didnt work and when I called for maintenance he said he would send another one, no one came. Our waters and drink and leftover food just wasted. I asked for my room to be cleaned they did the bare minimum didnt even put the decorative pillows back on the bed after they changed the sheets."

The highlight was the amazing service from Leanna Wallace at the front desk—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with a room upgrade and a special package. The hotel was clean, well-run, and in a great location. Only small issue was the bed—one side felt like it was sinking in a bit, so the mattress might need replacing. Still, everything else was great and Leanna’s hospitality truly made the experience 5 stars. Looking forward to...
