"The property was in an easy walking location to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. It was easy for a couple to stay at, however there are no cooking facilities (which was clear in the listing). We enjoyed staying here. "

Towels, bedding sheets, pillows, were all really nice too which is sometimes rare in house rentals. "The river cottage was close to family we were visiting in Destrehan. 4 of us stayed including my infant nephew. Check in info was provided early the day of our arrival and was so easy. There was everything you could need including snacks, laundry and a pack’n play for my nephew. The place is so put together and just adorable. The beds were so comfortable! Would definitely stay again!"

"This house is beautiful inside. Very comfortable king size beds. Lots of space. The neighborhood looks like it might be rough but it is not actually. It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Some small areas for improvement though. There were four of us and three dining room chairs. There is one small sofa in the living room, not enough for all of us to sit. More seating in the front room would be great. The bathrooms were nice, except the hall bath toilet wobbles when you sit. Overall, I can...

"We had an amazing stay at this property! The home has been beautifully rehabbed, with a modern touch that made it feel brand new. The bathrooms were a standout, especially the spacious shower, and the new appliances made everything so convenient. Each room had its own TV, which was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day. The space was open and comfortable, perfect for our group. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend this place—we would definitely stay again!"
