"This hotel was on special offer for members so we thought we would treat ourselves. It was £135 per night without breakfast. It was a lovely room but the bath wouldn't keep the water in it. "Nice hotel with good size rooms and friendly staff. The hotel has underground car park, but unfortunately it was full. The surrounding area had evidence of car break-ins (broken glass), so we did not feel confident to leave the car outside overnight. The Q car park 10 min walk from the hotel is over £30 for the overnight stay. We also experienced some noise overnight, with people shouting and knocking on doors in the middle of the night. "

"Overall this was a good stay. Upon arrival the lady on the desk was really friendly and got me checked in. I was on the 19th floor. Room was clean. Didn't have any noise disturbance overnight. The bed was comfortable. The bath was a bit slippy when I used the shower. The ventilation system seems to always make a noise even if it's meant to be off. The green light from the gas monitor wasn't great as it reflected through the glass bedside table. "

"Unfortunately just over an hour after we checked in we received a call that our nephew had been killed in an accident so we checked out asap. The staff were lovely. The room looked very nice. Lovely bathroom. No room service as there was no chef. Just as well as we wouldn’t have had time to eat it. Maybe we’ll get to try again another time"

"The hotel was fine, room was newly renovated and had some freebies like crisps. Over all it was a good stay, restaurant had good selection, bed was a bit on the hard side but comfortable enough. THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT THE HOTEL IS LOCATED JUST INSIDE THE BOUNDARY OF THE CLEAN AIR ZONE !!!! so if your car is old you’ll have to pay the £28 for the privilege to drive 20yards into the zone and park at the hotel. Just be aware there is no other way to get to the hotel except entering the zone for...
