"The property itself is lovely, well furnished and clean. Except, on arrival we discovered a dirty poo-covered pair of pants in one of the drawers in the bedroom. We had been sent a key code via email. On arriving in the absolute freezing cold late at night, we could not get in. There was no light so we were shining a torch whilst trying to line up the numbers on the key safe. It would not open. After 10 minutes of trying, I rang the emergency contact number but no one answered and I ended up...

"The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."

"Stayed here with a group of 8 lads and it was exactly what we needed - Cheap, comfy and close to Leeds city centre (in a taxi). Beds were comfy and clean, we were provided towels which was a nice touch. Lounge had comfy sofa's as well as a nice size TV. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need to cook and drink with. Bathroom was clean and also had shower gel to use. Overall, I'd say the house itself isn't in the nicest area of Leeds, however, we had no issues while we stayed...
