"We had an executive suite which was excellent, it was well worth the extra money for the space & the extra touches. The quality of the furnishings & the bedding were very good & the bed was very comfy, we slept so well. it was cleaned each day to the same standard, the only slight issue was the soap dispensers we not very full & we ran out of all by the second day & the one on the sink wasn`t filled, only the bath & shower, we made do as it was our last night. Breakfast was very good, lots of it...

"Only reason not 5 star was only realised when arrived the pool was closed. Granddaughter so disappointed that we had to find public swimming pool to take her too. Accommodation excellent lots of room for 4 though can have 6. Would definitely stay again. "

Room was spacious with excellent bathroom and shower Used to go to local old laundry theatre which was. very close walking distance. Nice local restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Very nice hotel. "Fabulous stay at the Westbourne. Friendly greeting from Sue and check in was quick. Room was excellent and had everything we needed. Location is perfect as you are no more than a 10 minute walk to the lake, restaurants, bars, and shopping, but hotel is on a quiet street in a good location. Breakfast in the morning was served by Andre and was really good. Would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend. "

"Good hotel but unfortunately there is a lot of work being do it, the staff are very friendly and hard working the let down is the pool is not in use as they are working on it, not the hotels fault but Hotels.com could have been more informative it was only when I read a review about the pool then went back their website there is a line through pool but it is very faint apart that the food was good and will back when the work is done."
