"On the night I checked in they called me that my takeaway arrived and they will deliver to my room, then mysteriously my meal disappeared, hotel staff said it was delivered to the hotel next door, which are belonged to the same group with them, and he would get the food for me from the next door, and nothing came after that, I worked till 3am and went to bed hungry. I was suddenly awakened by a loud noise on my door at 5:50am, someone was pushing my door hardly and trying to open my door. The police checked the CCTV and found out those guys who was trying to enter my room and was squatting at my door were from the room next door...It was a terrible unsafe experience for a female stay alone in this hotel, and from the beginning to the end, the hotel staff did not do anything or say anything on my disappeared meal, or my horrible experience, they were like they do not even exist. I paid full price for the horrible day, without food and sleep. The worst experience ever. "
