Perhaps she thought I was not good enough to stay there but compared to other stays this was unwelcoming! A smile and a welcome wouldn’t go amiss! Other than that The rest of the staff were lovely. The place is pretty and beautifully decorated for Christmas. It’s a lovely hotel. Breakfast was cold & didn’t finish it. Partner disappointed with his breakfast also. "

"Myself and my partner chose the green grove country house b&b as mini moon for after our wedding and wow they were amazing. Allowing us to check in early to being flexible and welcoming. The room was amazing and was everything we wanted and more. Excellent facilities and very very clean. Adding extra small touches and being super friendly.
