"We were visiting from the United States and loved staying here! It was our first time in Japan and they made everything perfect. It’s less than a 5 minute walk from a station. Barely any language barriers as we used google translate or some English. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were always clean. The bathhouse was spectacular as well, super relaxing. Would highly recommend for first timers! "

"I would give the hotel 5 stars if they provided comfortable beds and pillows. It seems like they spent much of the budjet on the beauty of the service and property. but not on the comfort of a good night sleep. The beds were hard and the pillows thin. Every other place my wife and I stayed at in Japan provided more than confortable beds. Other than that, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent views of Tokyo."
