"It was perfect. We are first time visitors to Tokyo, and this property was excellent for exploring each part of Tokyo day by day. With at least 3 metro station options within 6 minute walks, with direct rides to different parts of the city, we were able to achieve everything we wanted within a short space of time. We would come here again, after realising so many close gems close by to the hotel, including the prestigious Mitsukoshimae, Tokyo Station, and an awesome bar / cafe called Cozy. The room was fine for size (not as small as I had been expecting for Tokyo), cleaned everyday, staff were beyond lovely and helpful. The area was also super safe, being a relatively corporate area and outside the direct hustle and bustle, while still being in a close metro distance to key spots (about 15 minutes by train to most key locations in Tokyo, with trains every 2 minutes). "

"Hotel Niwa is a beautiful peaceful oasis in a HUGE bustling city like Tokyo. It is an absolute gem from the minute you enter. The thought and detail put into the breakfast, relaxation areas and rooms are outstanding. The breakfast is by far the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, with Japanese and western options available. Breakfast was by far our best meal while visiting Tokyo. The front desk staff are so kind, caring, and accommodating. They even packed us a to go breakfast box with an array of French pastries & breads the day we had to wake up at 5 am for a Mt. Fuji excursion. We will definitely stay here again,"
