5/5 Excellent
Excellent Stay.
"I got a quiet room in the upper floor. Room is cleaned, updated, and armed with all the necessary amenities. Room is a bit small but that is not unexpected in the heart of Tokyo. Services was prompt, friendly, and professional. Location was very good, a few minutes walk from Iidabashi station that has 4 metro lines and 1 JR line. Just a few stops to Takebashi (imperial palace & garden), Akihabara (great destination for food and night activities), and maximum one change of lines to get to almost anywhere. Elevators were quick so getting in and out was no hassle at all. I had the hotel concierge booked me a place for omakase sushi Friday night dinner at a restaurant since I don't speak Japanese and the shop has no online booking. Took some urging but succeeded in the task. That was the only slight minus. I highly recommend this hotels to travelers on leisure or business. Excellent stay!"
