A special shoutout to John at the front desk—his professionalism, warmth, and efficiency made check-in seamless. Also, Dian from housekeeping deserves high praise. "Stayed here with family in early January, and it was nice. The staff is excellent, from the doormen to the valet to the front desk to even housekeeping and maintenance! They were all very helpful. The rooms are typically NY-small, but they are adequate. The only issue we had was we couldn't really adjust the heat to a higher setting; the room stayed about 68-69 degrees, and we wanted it a little bit warmer. But, we managed with blankets and comforters. The lobby is busy, and the elevators, also....

Only issue I had the whole trip was no wash cloths at arrival so I had to go to the front desk to request some, next day they serviced our room and took those, and did not leave any new ones. The housekeeper on that floor was awesome and fixed it immediately. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Would surely stay again. "
