"The staff is very nice and helpful. They even carried my bag out for me. Only problem is the the room had very thin walls. The neighbors were quite noisy. "

"Bedding had holes and stains on, was washed but horrible looking. Door was not tight, had about a 3/4 “ space of play. Had a chain lock. I had to put a chair under handle to feel a little safer. Had to twist light bulb to turn off and on. If we would known the area and had time and money to find another place we would have! Not recommended!!!"

"Hotel was great. Room was clean. The room was a little cold with no abilty to control heating. Hotel is walking distance to subway station, shops, restaurants and theatres. Front desk staff were friendly. Overall, very pleasant stay. "
