"STAY HERE!! The staff were all polite and helpful. It was a luxury for us that they spoke such fluent English. The room was really a small apartment, with 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom, full kitchen, and a small living room with nice big windows overlooking the street. Super clean, blackout curtains, extremely comfortable beds. Location is perfect."

"The apartment had everything you could need and was in a great location. The sound proofed windows were wonderful and allowed us the quiet we needed! So much space if you need it! The only critique I have is that the washer/dryer is not great, didn’t wash the clothes thoroughly and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry the small load I did. "

"My apartment was a converted loft area. If you are tall you hit your head on the ceiling. It is a well equipped apartment and clean. Good Metro connections lines 1/2 on the door step. Overall good value for money for short stays"

"We love this apt. Location is great. Apt is very spacious. It's the 2nd time we stay at the same apt. This time we had an issue with one of the showers that leaked into the apt below, so we couldn't use it. Other than that, all the rest, the apt is great and we love it. "

"-Only after we got on site with our luggage did we find out that we had to go somewhere else to pick up the keys. -There was one glass for drinks and giant beer mugs for drinks. - 2 half rolls of toilet paper fora 3 day stay with 3 people. Overall a good stay, For a smaller apartment it felt like there was a lot of space. Very well located. "

"This property is absolutely amazing! My husband, 2 kids (age 10 and 7) and I staid here for several days and absolutely loved it! The place was beautiful and very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to clean). We also had everything we needed from dishwasher soap and shower gels to even a gift of wine bottle and some snacks. "The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Great property and location; however, when booking with Expedia single room, they rooms are located on the side of the building that needs to go stairs to get to the elevator and the rooms are very small. I had to switched rooms the next day to the right side of the building with elevator. Also, property is a little noisy, wood floors don’t help, I hear the room upstairs, but overall it was a great place and very well located. Staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my request to change room. I will return. "

"What I loved the most about the hotel was the staff—they were always kind, communicative, and attentive to every detail. Every morning, they would leave a bag with croissants and bottled water at our door. They also recommended places to visit, and on the fifth floor, there was a 24-hour open area with a wide variety of snacks. The location was extremely convenient, as it was in one of the busiest areas, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. It was also just a five-minute walk from Gran Vía. If you’re into the nightlife scene and LGBTQ Community, the next street over, Fuencarral #52, leads to Chueca, an area full of bars, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Additionally, nearby is the famous five-story nightclub located in Teatro Barceló and Sala But."
