We could have stayed in any of the many sierra's small villages but we took our chances and chose El Boalo after seeing pictures of Heinz's Mi Refugio online. We were not disappointed! "Upon arriving at this dirty and unkept villa we were immediately of the mind frame of ‘oh well, let’s make the most of it’ as we set about cleaning the kitchen to a standard that allowed us to prepare food and drink/eat from cutlery and glasses etc.. the second disappointment for us was the air con, or lack of it!
