"This is my third trip to Madrid over 3 months and I stayed at various hotels. The stay in this hotel was perfect for shopping, eating and going to the theater. In fact, I also went to the Lion King musical, 3 doors down. I like this hotel and as a gold member, my room was upgraded to a club room. The room was large as was the bathroom. "I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel. Especially the woman at the front desk that helped find the right room for my son, who had an accident, and was on crutches. Customer service that cares is RARE and we are so grateful. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located and has numerous restaurants and shops within steps. Could not recommend more!"

They use an eco approach that is built around the client. Breakfast is of a high standard and the gym is well kitted out. And it is conveniently located for transport, shops and sites.
