The hotel is in a great location for walking around as many stores, restaurants and the Mercado de San Miguel are within walking distance. The staff and the concierge were helpful and knowledgeable. My family only tried the enclosed area of the rooftop once since it was cold at night, but we didn’t enjoy it as people were allowed to smoke there. "

If you’d like it is also walkable to other parts of town like Salamanca and el Prado (if you don’t mind walking long distances). The staff is quite lovely, we couldn’t love this place more! "
