"Fast communication, good location and within walking distance to many areas of the town center of Madrid, great water pressure in shower, only thing that 2 of our group didn’t like was the very hard pillows. 1 person in our group slept well with the hard pillows. Thats the only complaint but some people might prefer that type of pillow. Nice neighborhood/area. I encourage anyone staying here to eat at El Raton De Getaria. The hummus, guacamole and pork are so good! Had a great time at this VRBO....

"We found this to be a wonderful little apartment in a great location. The host had excellent communication and was as helpful as possible with our requests. It’s a two-minute walk from Puerto del Sol, and it’s easy to get everywhere. My only comment is about the shower on the lower floor - absolutely brilliant water pressure but the floor gets ridiculously wet. I would definitely stay here again."

"This apartment seemed very new and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very nice to have AC as it was very hot the first few days in MAD. It is on the smaller side compared to USA standards but pretty average in Europe. The apartment complex was very quiet and we never heard street noise which was very nice for sleeping! "Everything about this condo is amazing: location, layout, amenities. The only problem was trying to communicate with the Host. Messages from the Host were sent through VRBO and could not be opened. The Host uses BNB Holder (Madrid). However, once we had the host's email address and phone number, all went smoothly. Book this unit and you will not be disappointed."

The second bathroom is a joke and almost unusable, and the shower in the main bathroom makes no sense; the head shower faces outside the tub towards the wall, making it very uncomfortable to shower. Again, the location and the views are outstanding. "
