"My husband and I left this morning after staying for the first leg of our honeymoon and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They went above and beyond every single step of the way, they even dropped off little Christmas presents with chocolate for guests! It was adorable. The staff was extremely polite. They upgraded our room & had champagne waiting at arrival. The cocktails at the bar were fabulous. City is very walkable & shopping just around the corner. 12/10 experience."

"Our stay was great at exchange hotel! The staff are all super friendly and want to provide the best experience for their customers. The only thing I would have liked was to have some sort of light in the coffee nook because unless it was day time, it was really dark in that corner and I had to use my phone light to see. Hotel is very central to a lot of things downtown. Thanks for a great stay! "

"This location of the Westin is at an idyllic location, right at the entry way to Stanley Park, and with magnificent views of the water and the mountains and the rest of downtown Vancouver, it is truly breathtaking. The food services are outstanding, and this hotel is committed to sustainability and wellness. One request - if some of the sliding doors on the older wing (the x00-x30 rooms) can be retrofitted with double-paned windows, it would keep the temperature under control. Also some of the...
