"We enjoyed our stay at Novo hotel Cardiff it was a modern hotel with a good atmosphere,check in was easy, our room was spotless, the food very good and the staff work very hard and are very friendly, the hotel is well situated for the city centre and Cardiff didn't,t disappoint it.was great!"

"Good for what we needed. Tea and coffee facilities were great. Iron and Hairdryer included in the room was a good touch, first time I've ever needed to use them and they worked. The pool was ok, slightly too busy, but we did use it at peak time (evening). Great stay."

"After a long trip, the receptionist was very helpful and handed over some Welsh Cakes as a gift. We booked a meal at the restaurant for that evening without any hassle. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Will stay there again."

"Lovely clean and recently renovated room. Front of the property and on the first floor so a stunning view of Cardiff and Caerphilly mountain. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and quality items on the menu. All the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel and stunning views.
