I really like their working spaces, efficient service, cleanliness standards, comfortable and quiet rooms, fast wifi, still/sparkling water fountains and their overall model. This location doesn't have a rooftop like other locations, the gym is tiny and it will get crowded with more than four people, and customer service was a little less friendly than in other locations, but I have no complains. "Beautiful hotel and room. Everything was so automated, the lights, the window blinds, etc. Although I had requested an accessible room, it had a tub and not a shower stall. Parking could have been more user friendly. I knew I had parked at level 2, but there's no 2 on the parking elevator. I thankfully remembered that when I came I was at the Conference level. Music in the lobby was very loud. "

"Walking and uber/lyft distance to lots of places. Close to amtrak. Rooms were big.The concierge (i think his name is Tony) was the best!! He came and opened the door for me EVEN when I was getting out of my lyft! Only thing i wish they had was free breakfast. Read lots of negative comments about this hotel but im glad i stuck with my gut and went to experience it for myself. I had a great time. Will return again."
