The first night, we realized our safety latch was broken and had to move rooms after 11 p.m. Your staff handled it promptly and went above and beyond, offering us a complimentary breakfast for the next day. Then on both weekend days we were woken up to extremely loud banging above our heads. We didn't complain the first day and assumed it was kids above...
