"I had a great experience until the evening. My room had 3 decaf pods. I brought them to the Bonvoy desk and asked for regular coffee. 5 hours later I return to my room and… no coffee. I went back to the Bonvoy desk and tell the staff member that I still do not have coffee, at which time another staff member comes up to me and asks me to step back because I am “berating” them. He then told security I threw the coffee pods at him when he was nowhere around when I handed them to her colleague. I am flummoxed by the situation as an individual and corporate client. All I wanted was coffee to be human for my 6 am meeting tomorrow."

"We only stayed for one night but we were very impressed by all of the amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and breakfast and got to use the pool and hot tub. The only negative thing was the pull out bed wasn't very comfortable, otherwise we had a very positive experience and would totally stay here again."
