"Stayed for one night in room 20 which is a family room. The room was spacious and well equipped with tea/coffee facilities, USB charging, plenty of sockets, large bath and roomy shower. It is also well laid out for a family room with 2 separate areas. "The room was amazing very clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was very comfy. The shower was walk in and very hot. The view from our room shown the river and was very beautiful to look at The only thing about the room was the road traffic noise you could hear. The pub itself was very busy and the breakfast was really good. We also had a meal and that was brilliant too. The staff was very helpful and really informative. Would recommend a stay here."

"We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming young lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Stayed to eat some lunch, service was friendly and efficient. After a wander round Lancaster, back to our room for showers and a change.
