"The property itself is well kept, clean and welcoming. Rooms were lovely and comfortable, bathrooms were clean and towels nice. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The only down fall is that the spa and pool really need an upgrade. There were towels left in the changing rooms, hair on the walls and floors and it just felt grimey. "

"Lovely hotel, room was 10/10, good value. However quite thin walls, you could hear the chairs scraping on other floors (probably from the restaurant) which woke me up. Bathroom fan also ridiculously loud and annoying. Restaurant food was sub-par, slightly disappointing, the dishes did not match what was on the menu, definitely not worth the price. Staff were great and breakfast was lovely."

"Convenient and comfortable place to stay for our visit to The Running Show at the NEC. The hotel has everything you need, as do the rooms. Found the staff to be helpful too. Possibly the only thing I'd like to see improved is that the breakfast options for non-mainstream diets (vegan, gluten free) are a bit ordinary. You won't starve but there's nothing all that appealing either."
