"The bathroom door would not close due to a repair that caused the baseboard to bulge. Had to use a coat hanger or trashcan to keep yhe door- almost closed for privacy. The water diverted got stuck and the shower wasn’t able to be use. Contacted the front desk. The diverter was pulled so the shower worked. But nothing could be done to fix the door to the bathroom Love the pools, location, ability to play pickle ball or tennis, working out, restaurant, min bikes, gift shop on property....

"Lovely spring break getaway it was all we needed and other things like restaurants museums etc were relatively close by! Had a relaxing time hanging at the pool and being outside all day!"

"My husband and I stayed here from a Mon-Sat. For a kid free getaway. We traveled about 7 hrs flying to arrive, so no car. You need to prepare to Lyft or uber 20 mins to airport which is easy with the Lyft app. Great drivers in the city. We didn’t valet but the valet at the resort were super kind too. The resort is stunning! Start to finish, it’s like a Spanish dream. The spa was beautiful. Downfall: we had terribly chilly weather that is unusual for this time. 60s, wind, no sun. Totally killed...

"My wife injured her knees on her flight. We were booked on a second floor. On the second evening, I spoke to the front desk and they kindly moved my wife and I to a suite at no extra cost and even sent a bellman to assist us. Very kind of them. Made our last two days wonderful. Thank you very much. "

"We stayed in the back by the conference rooms which was ugly & a long walk from everything. Should be for the very loud conference guests only. Hotel could not keep up with towel service at the pools - although they were lovely. Staff was hit & miss. "
