"A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. "Lovely spot, very roomy with two good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Clean and very comfortable with a full kitchen and laundry too. Great local coffee, pastries and food. Very little to complain about and would be very happy to stay here again. Only things to note, the lockbox for the pool key did not work which didn't matter to us because it was too cold and be warned, the parking spot is VERY small. Even a full sized car would struggle to fit."

"We stayed at Jim's place for a multi-day visit to the Mayo Clinic which was about 10 minutes away. The place was small but clean and the furniture was in good shape. It is in an apartment complex so can be a bit noisy at times but the noise quieted after 10pm. The complex is very family-oriented. The kitchen had the basics but was missing a few items that you might want to have for a longer stay like a baking sheet and baking pan. There was a washer/dryer in which we didn't use. The bed was okay...

"The check-in was a little rocky. I was not sent an email so I waited a little bit outside the house before I had a code to get in. Other than a couple scratches and paint chips here and there the place was solid. I did find a pair of women's underwear in the dresser drawer that I threw away but other than that it was a very serviceable rental for the weekend. Never did I feel unsafe and the location is great. Would stay again."

"The door code did not work--tried to contact someone but nobody ever responded. Finally got in after 30 minutes. The lock on the door then quit working at all so we had to leave unlocked every time we went out. There was no internet as advertised, which we needed for work. The property was fairly clean and neat. The neighborhood was good-not great-and very noisy between road traffic and neighbors."
