"Wife and I came out for 6 days to watch Spring Training. Property is as advertised and excellent. Pool was heated and hot tub heated up quickly for use. Tons of entertainment amenities on property that we took full advantage of from putt putt to Golden Tee (Hole in One!). Was worried it would be private enough as in a neighborhood but was very private. Love to cook as well and the kitchen and grill worked perfectly. Only downside was the speaker system was disengaged due to prior guest...

"Found a used syringe in the house shortly after check in. The house looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while or had things fixed when broken. The master bathroom had sticky substances on the walls and coffee ring stains on the counter. All of the carpets were extremely stained and looked very dirty. “Rode hard and put up wet” comes to mind when describing the property. The pictures online looked very clean and pretty and were very different from our actual experience. Not worth the price,...

"The Cozy Casita in Cave Creek was the best! We called it our "home base" for 2 weeks and it felt like a home away from home. Sheri, our host, was absolutely fabulous! We loved the casita and the entire property. We enjoyed all the property had to offer: The beautiful pool and the variety of different seating areas on the property where we enjoyed the sun, shade, nature and the beautifully decorated surroundings. We plan to come back again to this very special place. Thank you again Sheri!!"
