"Upon arrival, we were met by an irate and hostile property manager. From the outset, she repeatedly accused us of planning a party, incessantly stressing the presence of security. Her aggressive attitude made our stay extremely awkward and uncomfortable. The entire property was covered in pigeon poop, and the laundry room's washer and dryer both smelled like mildew. "Check in with the portal was a hassle. Took longer to receive safe lock code and instructions. Then once we got to our room, getting ready to go to bed… that’s when we noticed there were bed bugs! We called to customer service and we were glad they accommodated us a different room."
