"The first thing I noticed when I entered the property gates was the intoxicating scent of blooming orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. My unit was well equipped, clean and very cute. We had iced tea on the patio by the pool, and did a BBQ on the poolside grill, with little Nipster begging for scraps. The price was right, and I'd recommend the VRBO."

"We spent a week in March mountain biking from Terri’s place and plan to do it again. We could ride our bikes from the patio to the trail head of both Brown’s Ranch and McDowell Mountain parks, no need to load bikes or drive. For stores and restaurants, there is a 20 minute drive but the clean, comfy guest house, and recreation convenience is well worth it! Thanks Terri, we’ll be back!"

"Property is as listed, the backyard made it really hard to leave the place Super nice area, we fell in love with the little town of Cave Creek. Bed is very comfortable, room was clean and Lorne was always available if we needed anything, which we didn’t, but he is a nice guy. He does live on property, but we knew that from previous reviews. Didn’t bother us at all. Would absolutely stay here again! "
