"It was a great stay but each day we were locked out of our room as our key card did not work forcing us to wait for security to bring new keys and let us in our room. We also asked for our bags to be brought to the front while we explored the property and enjoy the pool for the afternoon, but the bags were not up in the front bellman's closet a couple hours later when we were ready to leave making us late to an afternoon appointment that day. Other than that the staff and service was very good. Considering the cost of the room and stay, I expected a little better service."
