"So grateful for my stay here. I was flying in before check-in time and they accommodated me and gave me my room early. It was so clean and pretty. I recommend getting a room with a view! It’s so worth it. The breakfast was delicious! And so was their dinner menu. The staff so so sweet! They gave us a welcome beverage which was so delicious. Honestly just obsessed with this property. "This hotel is situated in a very nice location facing the lava pools.The beds were comfortable, the balcony was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean and the buffet breakfast was good. It is within walking distance to all sights in Porto Moniz . There is lots of parking available. Staff were friendly and efficient. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome and departure gifts."

"We travelled in the off season (early March) and really enjoyed our stay. Our room had a garden view and it was perfect. We strolled through every pathway in the property and for a flower/garden/rose lover it would be absolutely amazing in the summer when everything is in bloom. Our check-in greeting and encounters with staff were always polite and cheerful and breakfast was perfect every morning. We would happily stay here again."

"The complex had everything we needed. Spacious and clean apartment with an amazing view over Funchal and the sea, with a nice size balcony and outdoors seating. The downside was the road in-between the accommodation and the facilities. It was quiet late at night although the traffic in the morning with all the tourist vehicles coming up the hill was rather noisy. We live in a village, so noticed it. It was quiet by the pool side though. It has a restaurant and pool bar that does snacks at...
