"The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and rental car pick-up. With that being said, if you do not have a car, there is nothing to do in the area. There was a small grocery store and cafe in walking distance. Otherwise, you would have to drive or walk at least a mile to get some food other than eating at the hotel. It’s 26AUD for an Uber to downtown Sydney if you want to shop or see anything worthwhile. The hotel was clean and nice. "

"Location was extremely convenient to Darling Harbpur, public transport and China Town. Property feels a bit worn out, but has everything you need. Water pressure in the room was terrible."

"The designated parking bays were not clear, but it was good to have parking right underneath the building and at a really good rate. Rare these days, and for that reason alone I would stay again. I loved the city view and the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure great! I will definitely be visiting the Boulevard again and will make it my 'go to' when staying in the city. Such a great find!!"

"Lady at the reception Ana (I think) was very helpful. Sad that pool wasn’t working. Place is a bit of a walk from North Sydney station. Our room was spacious, a bit of issue with cleanliness though. Overall, it’s alright and might stay there again."
