"Didn’t like top floor, penthouse checkin. Makes for difficulty with off hour services for baggage handling, carts etc. Otherwise great staff, but just not enough of them late or very early hours given concierge/checkin is on the penthouse floor. "

"My stay was fabulous! The lovely lady at the front desk was so kind and cheerful when greeting me! My room was changed to an accessible room, but also received a free room upgrade due to this! I mentioned I was visiting for my birthday at check-in, and the lady had chocolate cake sent to my room with a birthday greeting. Breakfast buffet had so many options and was very tasty! Losing one star because the pillows had some sort of smoky smell, mentioned this to the front desk upon check...

"Affordable, close to the airport, quiet considering location, clean. Rooms are extremely small though and the bathrooms slightly annoying to use due to everything being crammed in. Great option for a stay over between flights, would not recommend for an extended stay."

"This is a real gem. Our second stay and as before the staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is close to public transport to get to the city, the rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, and there are great eating choices and a supermarket nearby if you don’t want to go far."
