"Entrance for the hotel is on the back of the property and only has Valet parking which was fine for us as we were there to walk around Vancouver. This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were great, room was very large. The A/C didn't work properly and even after 20 hours had only come down 2 degrees so it made it difficult to sleep. Maintenance attempted to fix it by changing the filters which made a small improvement and left dust on the floor. A couple hours later we requested...
