"We had a very good stay. We had our rooms upgraded free, so we had very good,comfortable rooms. The only very minor observation would be that there are no comfy chairs or sitting area. The bar is good, but the seats are not designed to be comfortable,especially for older people. This is a very minor thing, We ate in the restaurant and it was very good. The staff were very kind to our 90 year old uncle too"

"I was at this hotel for Business for 5 nights, but it was also a great place for after work leisure. The training room and surrounding refreshment areas were more than adequate and the environment is relaxing. Roger who was on the reception for the training rooms was very efficient and accommodating. Thank you The main reception and bar staff are very smart and professional. The leisure side was also very good for the gym, sauna , steam room and pool.. "

"We loved our 2 night stay here, the restaurant was great (unfortunately couldn’t get a booking at Yu Pan Asian) and we loved that the outdoor pool was heated for swimming in winter. The spa facilities do get extremely busy and noisy on Saturday but Friday evening and Sunday it was really pleasant to use. Our massage treatments were amazing, very relaxing.
