"Wir kamen um 2 Uhr nachts an das Zimmer war nicht bezogen es dauerte 1 Stunde bis das Zimmer fertig gemacht wurde! Keine Handtücher keine Seife nichts,kein Bett für die Kinder ! Personal, Sauberkeit, essen 0 Sterne! Dieses Hotel ist leider nichts für den Europäer nur für Einheimische! Die Anlage an sich ist wirklich sehr schön aber der Schein täuscht! Wer jeden Tag ,dass selbe essen möchte bzw. Reste vom Vortag ist hier richtig! Wir mussten jeden Abend 25 Kilometer raus fahren um auswärts zu...

"The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water. "

"This hotel has great potential to be a good 4* - beautiful and clean beach and garden and swimming pools and certainly friendly staffs - especially the generalmanager Mr Abdel-latief. But no services at all. Rooms dirty - no pillows cases nor for duvets - disgustingand not hygienic, everything broken and not working and maintenance whatsoever. If you call reception usually no answers and when you get someone to pick up and you ask for something simple it can take hours to be reluctantly done....

"This place doesnt deserve to be a 1 star hotel. My staff was stolen from my room. The place is a dirty place and disgusting. The food was rotten. Can be smelled before eating it. The towels are not clean. No shower gels or shampoos. Staff are rude. The pools were very dirty. Noisy AC. Even the toilets in the reception doesnt have lock for the doors, anyone can enter while you are in the toilet. The rooms were dirty and had insects. "
