The design of the place is fabulous…the entertainment there is great..food is good..but the best thing about this hotel in my experience was the help of the great gentleman and the professional manager there mr.Maher Noshy for his extraordinary support during our stay…will definitely come back.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with friendly stuff and cool animation team and nice food and drinks:) I am still under impression. I traveled from USA to meet my mom there, we had a great time. I cried and didn't want to return. And there are no kids as well, only adults, so atmosphere is very romantic. I will definitely be back:)))) Thank you guys for the best vacation I've ever had in my life. Will give you 10 stars!!!!

The staff are excellent and the facilities are good. However, the food and drinks are at a very poo quality. We had to eat out most nights out because of how bad the quality of the food was.

Firstly what i didn't like was the location there is virtually nothing around and about at the moment. Twenty minute taxi ride away from airport. Internet photos give the rooms an appearance of being more cave like and plusher than they actually are. Only 2 bars and AI finishes at 11pm. What i liked very clean grounds, staff were lovely, pools were clean, food was good. Pool bar service was excellent.

hotel was awful, got an electric shock from the lamp beside my bed, told front desk, they laughed, sent the repairman out to look at it, he covered it up with electrical tape and told me "no problem", also lights in the room would flash on and off all night even though switches were off, a/c wired incorrectly too. bought a cocktail from the bar for €5, on checkout charged me for the same drink again and when i told them i had already paid they just wanted to argue with me. The man from the spa harassed us daily to the point of hiding from him, disco not working. Pool tables so bad you cant play on them, entertainment was lousy, nothing to do at night, all falsely advertised, dont go there.

Cuatomer service is killing them
The theme is amazing. The unique design of Bedrock w the Flintstones was genious. Unfortunately that was where it ended. It took 2 hours to check in. They were unhelpful, unknowledgeable of the expedia process's, and all around unhelpful. This was not a language barrier as my husband is egyptian. These folks speak arabic and german. The room was great. BTW no phone services and wifi as long as you are outdoors. if you want room service you walk to the front desk to request it, so why bother. The pools are beautiful but unheated. they all close at 5p so even though they are lit, no nightime swims. Our pool attendant was good w providing juice, water, and alcoholic drinks if requested. The Animation team was awesome. They provided water aerobic, stretching classes, and water sports like polo and volleyball. The night time shows were good local fun. The beach was nice to look at, clean, but the sea was full of jellyfish not the hotels fault, lol. The attendants were unfriendly and unhelpful when questions were asked. Meals are ok not spectacular. Same stuff everyday. We drove to town for McDonalds one night. The one shisha bar we had a horrible run in with the hotel manager. The bar was reusing the hose and there was water in it. My husband was not happy as you use plastic disposable hose for a reason you throw it away. The spa is awful btw no privacy doors are glass, no cloth for coverup so ladies wear a two piece bathingsuit. Prices are high. Customer service 😠

A very bad stay
It was very bad stay the food was very bad we were 9 persons all of us had a diarrhea, also when we buy an excursion of diving from the diving center and we took a private boat the food was very very bad, and when we make a complaint they did not listen to us and we asked to meet the owner of the diving center but they did not give us the chance to meet him.the hotel is not comfortable at all and the light is not enough to be able to walk safely and the room is not lighted enough .the pharmacy there is closed never opened so we were obligated to walk on the high way to go to the pharmacy in the other resort.the staff was not to the standard to help the guests. Sorry for being there

They sent us a driver to pick us up at the hotel. I have never seen such a disgusting car with no fabric and unrin on the seats. We got to the hotel it was gross cash only. Left on the spot went to movin pick

Hotellet utsikt var jättefint, med 2 stora pool (vatten var kallt i november), en stor restaurang (mat var sådär och frukost var det minsta mat att servera) och middag börjar 18:30 men stänger 20:30, en lite snack bar (dom servera bara hamburgare eller en mini pizza (med två varianter margherita/salami)1 bar med lite terrass nära reception, 1 stor bar nära stor pool/restaurang och 1 beach bar på stranden. Animation var tråkigt. Rum var stor. Strand är inte så stor, havet var inte bra och jag rekommendera ta med skor. Toalett på strand var alltid smutsigt. Finns en läkare på hotellet som accepterar det mesta försäkring Alla personal var trevliga (men inte han som jobbar att beach bar…”not tips …not drinks”)
