I'm returning the third time and hope to come next year again: beautiful coral reef you can reach directly from the hotel beach clean rooms and professional cleaners (thanks, Khalil) helpful reception free fast WiFi in all areas animation team (I liked fire show and exercises) beautiful decorations for Christmas tasty and diverse food (I'm vegan and was able to find food for my needs every day) property is not very big, but it didn't feel crowded even in Christmas if you like to walk, you have access to the long promenade from the hotels next to this one (from 6am to 8pm)"

"Our stay at this resort was nothing short of perfect. Staff were just amazing and go above and beyond everyday. The daily entertainment is spectacular, food and facilities amazing. Honestly one of the best resorts that i have stayed in ever. Can't wait to come back again. "

"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are open on what days! You can exchange currency to Egyptian Pounds in the machines within the hotel, however, if you want smaller denominations to give to the employees as tips, don't expect anyone at the hotel to help. Their answer was: "we don't keep any local Egyptian currency"!!! Everyone else at the hotel were Outstanding. Huge Thank You to: Sveltana (Customer Service Manager) who works long hours and is always willing to help with any questions/requests. Hashim (Restaurant Manager) - went above and beyond from day 1. Thank you for everything you did for us. Mustafa (Head Chef) and Rajendra (chef at Indian restaurant): thank you for being so helpful and accommodating by making vegetarian dishes for us. Raj, the veg food you made was outstanding :-) Naglaa - always has a smile on her face and greets everyone with a warm welcome. Karim (manages poolside area) - you are constantly busy, always happy and always willing to help everyone. Ahmed - thanks for the exceptional drinks service"

"Overall it was a great experience. Great value for money no doubt. The chalet unit was clean and quiet. Beach was awesome with available services. Kids loved the large pool. All inclusive dining was definitely a peace of mind. Restaurant was focusing mainly on quantity over quality which is understandable given the cost cutting measures. But overall dining experience was above average. The highlight of the stay was the hospitality and promptness of the staff. Moamen in reception was great and very helpful. Also in restaurant I remember Tamer ElSayed, Omar and Megally who were very helpful. Also Mohamed Saad in pool as well as Ahmed Jamaica on the beach. Family really enjoyed the vacation and I would definitely recommend to anyone!"

"In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve."
