Quiet and classy stay by the sea

"The hotel is simply awesome, staff is super friendly and polite. Service is like clockwork and extremely professional. Rooms are very comfy and clean, hotel facilities and in perfect condition and they pay attention to all details so you really feel at home. They also serve amazing different food options at The Chedi."

"I do not recommend this property for anyone because they are Tricky Misleading and Dishonesty where: 1. They listed their location in ElGouna but they are NOT 2. The elevator is terrible and causing a lot of fears 3. No room service at all 4. The facility discriminates their services (such as heated pool) between guests (such as hotel rooms and apartments) 5. However, I had a bad experience where I had paid an additional hidden payments when arrive that was not shown in my official invoice and receipt. "

Disappointed

"I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable. Overall the home is extremely comfortable and relaxing but tiny issues almost runied our stay."
