"We went with a tour and they booked us at this hotel so that was how we came to know this hotel. We were traveling to several cities but need to come back to Tokyo for 1 night before flying home plus we need to leave our bigger suitcases here while we moved around by train, for convenience. We like the hotel because of convenience, near shopping and Shinjuku station. Pricey compared with other hotels in Osaka, Kyoto ext."

"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "

"One, minor thing I did not like... no room service available from the two restaurants associated with the hotel. Not even possible to bring left-over food back to your room. Otherwise, loved the hotel and would gladly stay there again the next time we are in Tokyo."
