Highly recommend this wonderful property on the quiet side of Shinjuku Station. A nice buffet breakfast was included in our stay, and we had a view of the Government Building next door which was lit up at night. Room was comfortable and clean. We were on one of the executive levels, which gave us access to an excellent club area. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at, particularly the premier grand suites with so much included. Everything felt so luxurious and comfortable and the food in all of the restaurants is excellent. I will note that there was no where in the room to hang your towels, which was odd, so we to get fresh ones everyday. And the laundry is not great at all. The machines don’t work well and the dryers are absolutely hopeless.

This was the 2nd time staying at Keio and it won’t be the last. Incredible service by all staff. Room was always clean. The shuttle to Disney was very convenient and comfortable. It’s walkable to everything in Shinjuku including various train stops around and the main Shinjuku station. We stayed for 8 days, all perfect at Keio.

Stayed at the Premier Grand rooms and cannot say enough of how excellent the front desk staff were on the 45th, particularly Gene who was very helpful all throughout our stay. Club lounge access was wonderful with daily breakfast buffet, afternoon and evening hors d'oeuvres and beverages served. It is evident that staffs are well trained as they go above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service.

Excellent hotel in Tokyo.
We booked a room situated on the Premier level and were extremely happy that we did. We enjoyed all the benefits that came with the Premier level including the larger room, food and beverage and the access to the higher level lounges. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but easy has easy access to transportation.
