The underground to get you into London and the bus station is in walking distance and very easy to access and figure out. The breakfast you get is the best I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. "My overnight stay at this hotel was peaceful however I thought from the initial description of the hotel services that there was an airport shuttle. I ended up using the bus service that worked well and ran on time plus the bus fare was very reasonable. Fortunately the weather wasn't bad so I didn't suffer lugging my luggage "

We didn’t understand why the temperature of the room is controlled by the hotel and not the guests, this should be controlled by the guest not the hotel. Our room was too warm for our comfort, and every time we went down to the front and tried to ask about getting a fan, the bar was super busy with a long line.
