"My first stay at the Victoria and it was excellent. Room was small, but very clean, comfortable bed and excellent shower with plenty of hot water. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for you. We had an evening meal on the Friday which was very nicely cook and delicious. "My only negative comment is to make sure what you you book. I booked a deluxe king room and was given the suite which was actually a loft. My boyfriend is 6’3 so he was hitting his head on the ceiling often. Unfortunately the inn was not able to accommodate us to another room. I don’t blame the hotel I think it was Expedia fault. But if you have any physical disabilities this room would not work for you. "

"Stayed for one night due to my wife having surgery at the nearest Hospital Kingston. Absolutely amazing service, changed our room to a ground floor which was easily accessible and large for my wife whom is using crutches, couldn’t do enough for us, made a stressful evening into a lovely comfortable one for us both.
