Issues: Some beds were less comfy - dodgy springs, very creaky, only provided with one very small toilet roll (between 5 of us!), we couldn’t get the hot water to work but didn’t really have time to try and sort it out so just had cold showers, pillows could do with replacement - one was really...

"I appreciated being so close to the airport yet when in the hotel, I didn’t hear the planes. I also appreciated the meal service and the hotel hopper shuttle. They were very convenient and it was nice not to have to think further about meals and transportation. Thank you."

"Really nice stay the night before my early morning flight. Check-in was very easy, room was very clean, bed very comfortable and the wi-fi worked very well. Literally a five minutes walk from the terminal which made it super convenient."

"Great for an overnight airport stay. But even though it’s a short distance from the airport, getting there is challenging as with any Heathrow airport hotel. The airport’s hotel shuttle service only comes every half hour snd services what seems to be all of the major hotels in the area, uber which is much faster can be 30-40 pounds during peak hours. "
