"Bed and room all very good. Disappointed with the dinner. Half the menu wasn’t available. What I did have wasn’t that great either. Portions were small. Ice cream had clearly defrosted and then refrozen. Didn’t want to say anything at the time. Coffee at breakfast was bitter, obviously overheated. I’d stay again, but only bed and breakfast "

"It's great for the price, communal areas and bunks are really stylish. I'm 53 yo female, stayed in female dorm, everyone tried to be quiet but the sound of others getting ready was enough to regularly wake me. Downsides- basement kitchen is grim. No cups, glasses, pans, spoons so bring what you need. Also magnetic strip on door pass failed regularly, meaning several 3am frustrated trips from one end of the building to the other."

"Overall good. Curtains need changing as humidity is visible with a naked eye . Room needs refurbishment as condensation/mould is creeping in. But the Staff were amazing and the room had enough space."

"We really enjoyed our stay so it's hard to say be the streets around the hotel were filthy especially the two side streets by I guess it must be a reflection of Liverpool inhabitants. The service at the desk and bar was excellent for the first two days/evenings. The staff were really friendly and helpful on Monday and Tuesday 11/12 November 2024, we were welcomed and really impressed. Evening Wed 13 there was staff change and the new staff were miserable and mediocore. Other guest were ignored...
