"Nice stay, old school room on top of a pub and might have a bit of noise outside of the road but overall good stay, staff went out of the way to provide us breakfast the night before as we left early. Parking can be at the car parks nearby for free for the night... "

"Visit to see family. The Hotel receptionist was really friendly and helpful on arrival. She kindly carried my elderly mother's bag for me. We had an excellent roast dinner in the restaurant that evening and breakfast the next day was very good too.The beds are very comfortable."

"Noise all night, No Sleep. Windows rattling, doors banging because they don’t fit properly. Just awful. Bed not comfortable and only one pillow per person. Very disappointing. "

"A good, basic, quiet hotel with everything we needed except an evening meal. It is however only a 10-minute walk into Arundel where there are numerous excellent eateries. The breakfast was extremely good with freshly cooked quality ingredients. This makes a perfect base for exploring Arundel and the surrounding area."
