"Despite the negative comments we’ve read, the room was immaculate. So clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a one night stay. It was also quiet, it had a very comfortable bed plus a huge TV and a spotless bathroom. The complimentary buffet breakfast again was impressive with a lot of choice for a quick feed at 5am The bonus of course was being metres away from the North Terminal check-in zone, and with EasyJet’s Twighlight bag drop so close, it made the start of our holiday so much...

"Great hotel close to the airport but requires a 10 minute walk along a busy road. Staff are very friendly. Food and drinks are expensive but expected. A good choice of menu. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet excellent."

"Overall lovely stay and hotel, after you book your advised about rooms and stairs, plus other stuff, which i feel should be upfront with booking. brilliant location to be walking distance from beach, town, bars and clubs but far enough to be away from the noise. Good knowledgeable staff about the local area and made great food suggestions, first night lucky to stay in the sea-view kingsize room which was very large and minimal noise just briefly floorboards when the people above came back which...

"Hotel is located perfectly for a short stay/zoo trip. Free parking and no need to move your car as you can make a short walk from the hotel to the entrance. Two restaurants and a indoor pool. Advise to book meals and pool in advance."

"Excellent stay, the friendliness of the staff was outstanding, made us really feel welcome during the stay, from start to finish, perfect location and accommodation perfect for a family of 6. Well maintained and loved the decor. We enjoyed the breakfast, although they didn’t run out of some things 2 out of 3 days when it got busy, but the warm options were excellent. Would recommend for sure and would return. "

"The hotel was excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent you even get the option to use the spa and swimming pool for free when you stay here. The only one downside is the staff didnt keep up with the hot breakfast food so there was along wait for some of the food. But will stay there again in the future."

"Staff were helpful from the time of booking until we checked out. They offered help with bags on arrival, catered for special requests and were always willing to go the extra mile. Room was spacious, had everything we needed and a great sea view. Dining at the in-house Thai restaurant was good. Great location, ideal for sea front and numerous coffee shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance."
