"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "

"Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "

The buses took us everywhere and the train station was within walking distance to take us to London for a weekend getaway. "We were looking for accommodation with a sea view to escape for a few nights. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and contained everything anyone would need. Communication was great with the host. Approximately 7 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The setting of the property was very good with easy access to walks along the esplanade into Bognor Regis. There was plenty of space for the eight adults and two infants in our family group. It would have been useful to have a highchair for use at the property. There was an excess of crockery and glasses and cooking utensils.
